Guitar Anatomy

Image result for electric guitar anatomy

Today I will be informing everybody about the components and uses of the parts of an electric guitar. The image above includes a Gibson Les Paul (left) and a Fender Telecaster (right). Both are electric guitars but have very different sounds. As you can see, both of the guitar share basically all the components. The main parts of the electric guitar is the body, neck, and head. Starting from the bottom, the body includes parts that have key roles. The bridge ( it is where the strings are attached), the pickups (there are two, one is the bridge pickup and one is the neck pickup), and the pick guard (this is put on the body to stop from ruining how beautiful it is. The neck had the string that run over it and includes the frets which are used to create different notes. Last we get to the head, this is where the string trees connect to the strings and can be tuned.
